Ethics policy
The main duty and responsibilities of middle and top level managers working in VIRAPOL is to inform all employees as to the Code of Conduct and showing the required effort and leadership in order to ensure that employees attach required importance to these rules and observe the Code of Conduct. Department supervisors are liable of employees’ reading, understanding the latest version of the Code of Conduct and Practice Principles and certifying their commitment of implementation.
Our company constitutes a respectable role model for the organizations that it has relations with regarding its corporate reputation by taking a leading role with respect to ethical values, transparent and fair business conduct, compliance with laws, social responsibility projects and universal human rights.
